Shipping & Handling
- Shipping to worldwide:please
see the Price list for international EMS on the homepage
- Usually items will be sent by EMS.It takes within 1 week to reach almost majority of the cities around
the world but this is not a guarantee.Sometimes it may takes up to 2 - 3
weeks. You are advised to contact your post office to confirm the exact shipping
lead time.For the large items, giant airplanes will be shipped by cargo
boat. Also our customer could choose different express or agent.
- Reference number will
be given for item tracking.
- Item(s) might need to
pay customs duty or import tax when reach the destination and such fees/charges
shall pay by the buyer. We recommend buyer check with Local Customs Department for
the related fees/charge before place the order. Seller will not take any responsibility
for any payment which is not charged from us directly (for e.g. import tax, VAT)
Replacement Policy
- No refund will be given.
- All products sold from
seller are throughout tested and inspected to ensure they are 100% functioning properly
and no physical damage.
- Replacement will accepted
only if there is mechanical or electrical problem.
- A similar item with same
or greater value will be replaced if the original item is not available/out of stock.
- Buyer has to contact
seller within 3 calendar days if replacement is needed.
Returning Policy
- It is buyer's responsibility
for his/her returning postage fees.
- Malfunction item will
be inspected before replacement is offered.
- Replacement item will
ship back to buyer at seller's cost in 3-4 working days upon received the malfunction
item.
- Buyer has to pay seller's
postage fees if no faulty is found on the returned item.
